Collection of personal information
When you create a profile as a freelancer on worksome.dk, we collect the following general personal information about you: Name, e-mail, telephone number, company name, address, website and CVR number. In some cases, your CPR number will also be collected. You have the opportunity to upload a profile picture of yourself and put your CV on your profile. By uploading your image yourself, you give your express consent for your image to be published on your profile until you remove it again. Worksome does not use your image for any purpose other than this.
When you create a profile as a company on worksome.dk, we collect the following general information about you: Name, e-mail, telephone number, company name, address, website and CVR number.
We do not collect special categories of personal information (sensitive information) about you.
Processing of personal information
We only process personal information to the extent necessary, e.g. when creating a freelance profile or company profile. It can e.g. be necessary for us to meet our obligations under agreements and related services. It can also be to live up to the obligations we have as a Danish company, where we are covered by Danish law.
We do not profile you and do not misuse your personal information. We also do not disclose your personal information without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.

Sharing your personal information
We may share your personal information with the suppliers and partners who assist us in the execution of your order, or who assist us with our IT operations, hosting, SMS gateway, etc. This means that we can, for example, share your information with our service providers, our technical support and our bank.
We share your information to the extent we are required to, e.g. as a result of reporting requirements to public authorities such as SKAT.
Sharing of information with recipients outside the EU / EEA
Worksome uses subcontractors who process personal data on behalf of Workome. In several cases, these are companies located outside the EU / EEA. Worksome only cooperates with companies that either have a Privacy Shield certificate or have otherwise committed to comply with the GDPR.
Protection of personal data
According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We store your personal information on computers with restricted access, which are located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously checked to determine whether the user information is handled properly and while still respecting your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers via the Internet. This means that there may be a (limited) risk that others will unjustifiably force access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You thus provide your personal information at your own risk.
Personal information is deleted or anonymised on an ongoing basis as the purpose for which it was collected is terminated. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 12 months after the purpose has been completed.

We therefore reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If we do so, we will of course correct the date under pkt. 9.
